Logic model is one of the most commonly used management tools, that helps analyse, measure and evaluate our work and activity. It can also help us getting a clearer picture and understand the relationship between the problems we face, change we want to achieve and our capacity, planned activities, financial resources required, stakeholders engaged and the consequences of our intervention or investment.
SWOT analysis – October 27 16.00-19.00
SWOT analysis is an effective, simple and widely used management tool. It can be carried out individually and in groups. A SWOT analysis helps us in getting a comprehensive picture about our organisation and the environment it’s operating in. Throughout a SWOT both internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) are collected.
Outreach cycle and stakeholder map – November 17 16.00-19.00
Who are the stakeholders of our organization? How to identify the stakeholders that are directly and indirectly affected by a project or an organization? How to approach, communicate, attract participants and volunteers that later will become proactive community members, informal and formal leaders? Building up and using a stakeholder map will help us engaging people long-term, moreover we will have a clearer picture about our circle of partners and the needs of our organization regarding partnerships.
